Terms of Service

1) General

• By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
• Fujn is an automated, non-custodial cryptocurrency swap interface. We do not custody user funds, do not operate an exchange order book, and do not provide investment, financial, or tax advice.
• Swap orders are executed automatically on-chain once your deposit is confirmed.

2) No KYC & Fully Automated Service

Fujn does not require KYC (Know Your Customer), identity verification, or account registration to use the swap service. We do not ask for your name, address, government ID, photo, or any other personal documentation.

The swap service is fully automated. Every step of an order — from quote generation, to deposit detection, to execution and settlement — is performed by automated systems with no human in the loop. This means:

• Orders cannot be paused, held, or frozen once started. As soon as your deposit is detected on the blockchain, the swap proceeds automatically.
• No manual review: there are no operators approving, rejecting, or delaying swaps. We do not sit between you and your transaction.
• Fast and predictable: because the entire flow is automated, settlement times are consistent and not subject to business hours, queues, or human availability.

Because Fujn operates as an automated, non-custodial service, it is not in a position to verify the source of funds or the legal status of any individual transaction. You remain solely responsible for the legality of your use of the Service in your own jurisdiction.

3) Using the Service

• You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you in your country of residence and the country from which you access the Service.
• You are solely responsible for the wallet addresses you provide, the network you select, and the accuracy of all order details. Fujn cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address, on the wrong network, or below the required minimum amount.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a swap is executed and the destination transaction is broadcast on-chain, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or undone.
• You must be of legal age (18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service.

4) Prices & Rates

Exchange rates displayed on the Service are real-time quotes and may change between the moment you create an order and the moment your deposit is confirmed on the blockchain. The final rate applied to a swap is the rate at the time the swap is actually executed, which may differ from the initial quote due to market volatility, network congestion, or deposit confirmation delays. Network fees charged by the underlying blockchains are not controlled by Fujn and may also vary.

5) Prohibited Jurisdictions

The Service is not offered to, and may not be used by, persons located in or residents of jurisdictions where the use of cryptocurrency swap services is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. This includes, without limitation, any country, region, or person subject to comprehensive sanctions by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United States. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, and are not a resident or citizen of, any such jurisdiction.

6) Prohibited Uses

In return for our privacy-focused, frictionless service, you agree to use Fujn only for lawful and legitimate purposes. You must not use the Service to:

• Engage in or facilitate fraud, theft, scams, phishing, or any form of deception against any person or entity.
• Launder funds derived from criminal activity or attempt to disguise the origin of illicit assets.
• Finance terrorism, sanctioned entities, weapons proliferation, or any activity prohibited by international law.
• Damage, abuse, exploit, attack, attempt to disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service, its infrastructure, its smart contracts, or its APIs.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools that interfere with the normal operation of the Service or that consume resources in an abusive manner.
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right in your jurisdiction.

You acknowledge that any consequences of unlawful use — including legal action, loss of funds, or claims from third parties — are your sole responsibility.

7) Personal Data

Because Fujn does not require KYC or account registration, we collect only the minimum data needed to operate the Service (such as transaction details, wallet addresses, and basic technical metadata). Our handling of personal data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8) Accuracy & Timeliness

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information displayed on the Service accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is error-free, complete, or current at all times. Exchange rates, fees, coin lists, and supported networks may change without notice. You should always verify the order details before sending any deposit.

9) Feedback

If you provide us with suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use that feedback for any purpose, including to improve and develop the Service, without any obligation to you.

10) Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Fujn does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile; you understand and accept the inherent risks of using cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fujn and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, losses caused by network congestion, blockchain forks, smart contract failures, exchange rate movements, user error (including incorrect wallet addresses or networks), or any cause beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12) Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, logos, designs, code, and other materials made available through the Service are the property of Fujn or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

13) Restricted Activities

You agree not to use the Service in any way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of it. This includes attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service, whether through hacking, password mining, scraping, or any other means.

14) Disputes & Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Fujn is established, unless mandatory local law grants you the right to bring the dispute before another court. These Terms are governed by the laws of that jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

15) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date and will take effect as soon as it is published. Your continued use of the Service after the update means you accept the revised Terms.

16) Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes that apply to your use of the Service in your jurisdiction. Fujn does not collect, withhold, or report taxes on your behalf, and nothing on the Service should be interpreted as tax advice.
