• Fujn is a user interface and does not take custody of user funds.
• Swaps are executed through an independent provider's API with its own rules and policies.

2) Using the Service

• You must comply with applicable laws and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for your wallets, addresses, and private keys.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible; verify networks, addresses, and amounts.

3) Prices & rates

Quotes, rates, limits, and availability are provided by the upstream provider and may change due to market conditions. Network fees are dynamic and not set by Fujn.

4) Orders in violation of rules

Transactions that fail risk checks, breach limits, or violate rules may be delayed, cancelled, or returned under the provider's processes.

5) Prohibited jurisdictions

Do not use the Service where crypto services are restricted or prohibited. The provider may maintain its own restricted list and block access accordingly.

6) Prohibited uses

• Illegal activity, sanctions violations, or activities creating regulatory risk.
• Abuse, interference, or attempts to circumvent limits, AML, or security controls.

7) AML & compliance

We and/or our upstream provider may implement AML checks and request additional information when required by law. Access may be limited if checks fail.

9) Accuracy & timeliness

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness.

10) Feedback

If you submit comments or ideas, you grant Fujn a non-exclusive right to use them to improve the Service without obligation.

11) Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided without warranties or conditions of any kind. Use at your own risk.

12) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fujn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of funds from on-chain transactions.

13) Intellectual property

Fujn trademarks, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use them without permission.

14) Restricted activities

We may suspend or terminate access if we suspect prohibited activities or policy violations.

15) Disputes & governing law

Disputes are handled under the laws and courts specified by Fujn. You agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue.

16) Changes

We may update the Service and these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.

17) Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes arising from your use of the Service.
