The swap service is fully automated. Every step of an order — from quote generation, to deposit detection, to execution and settlement — is performed by automated systems with no human in the loop. This means:

• Orders cannot be paused, held, or frozen once started. As soon as your deposit is detected on the blockchain, the swap proceeds automatically.
• No manual review: we do not sit between you and your transaction. There are no operators approving, rejecting, or delaying swaps.
• Fast and predictable: because the entire flow is automated, settlement times are consistent and not subject to business hours, queues, or human availability.

In return for this privacy-focused, frictionless approach, you agree to use the Service only for lawful and legitimate purposes. You must not use Fujn to:

• Engage in or facilitate fraud, theft, scams, or any form of deception.
• Launder funds derived from criminal activity or attempt to disguise the origin of illicit assets.
• Finance terrorism, sanctioned entities, or any activity prohibited by international law.
• Damage, abuse, exploit, attack, or attempt to disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

You remain solely responsible for the legality of your use of the Service in your own jurisdiction. Because Fujn operates as an automated, non-custodial swap service, it is not in a position to verify the source of funds or the legal status of any individual transaction.

4) What Data We Collect

Because Fujn does not require accounts or KYC, the data we collect is minimal and limited to what is technically necessary to operate the Service:

• Transaction data: the coins you swap, amounts, deposit and receiving wallet addresses, and the transaction status. This information is required to execute and track your swap.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, language preference, and similar metadata. This is used for security, fraud prevention, and improving the Service.
• Usage data: anonymous statistics about how the website is used, such as visited pages, referrer, and time spent. This helps us improve the user experience.
